  • Manual sharpening of the white stones, which provides sharpening of the cutting ends of the knives, is provided by the auxiliary machine element on the machine as shown in the figure.
  • The 3 white stones on the left enable the cutting edges of the blades to be shaped.
  • The red stone on the right ensures that the forehead surfaces of the blades are in the desired form.
